1. As usual, school reopened with the Mr Louis/Shan giving speech component in the Assembly.

2. They started bullshitting again and self glorifying about how good our school is, blah blah blah...

3. The new co-co system hit the road and successful applicants of the Badminton and Swimming Clubs had their names called out after recess.

4. Although the inclusion of the 2 new games is something that can be celebrated, but the coaching fees is downright appaling.

5. Apparently, the school will be footing the transportation and the rental fees of the court/pool. They will also be hiring the coaches and the students are to "co-pay" the coaches. All participants of the Badminton Club are to pay RM15 per session while swimming club members have to pay RM10 per session.

6. I think the fees for the Badminton Club is totally overblown. I personally attend badminton training at a hall near Kinderjoy every Sunday for 2 hours. The coaching fees is only RM35 per month. There are 15 students in the group while we share 2 courts.

7. However, what we are looking at now is $15 per 2 hour session. There are 30 students in the Badminton Club and so, it means every session, the coaches will rake in a whopping RM450. Did the school import them from China or S.Korea to coach? Are they world class coaches like the Sidek Brothers or Yang Yang?

8. The school must be joking here. I am not surprised that the school gets a share of the coaching fees. At most, there's probably going to be only 2-3 coaches. Don't you think the price is abit exorbitant??

9. In addition to that, fees for the Co-Co activities are being included in the school fees. It should be free! It's entirely wrong for the school to force students to pay such fees. What if there are students who are already good in it, like Kelvin Koo from Form 5 who clearly does not need any more training? Are they going to be subjected to the same training and be made to pay so much just for some lame ass coach come for 2 hrs? Moreover, the students will probably only play for 1 and a half hours since it takes time to get the students to line up and transport them over to the courts.

10. They should waive the coaching fees as well since its so cheap getting someone to coach. I mean, the student body is not some cash cow. It is entirely pathetic that the school decides to charge them since they are already paying such expensive fees.

11. Therefore, students who succeeded in entering the Badminton club should reconsider their choice as this is simply not worth it. The school is outright cheating the student body like no tomorrow.

12. Its entirely illogical, silly and stupid to even consider making the students pay such fees. We paid so much school fees and we clearly deserve the service of the coaches without further charges.

13. If the school wants to implement such activities, it must always ensure that the student body's welfare is at the top of their priority list. There should not be any "Nevermindla, the students can afford to pay" mentality.

14. It is simply wrong to even consider the idea of charging the students.
