Yeah, I know it was 9/11. The 8th anniversary in fact! 8 years later, after billions of dollars spent, Osama Bin Laden is still out there, hiding under some hole in Pakistan. Looks like the war on terrorism failed....
Anyway, it was also Mrs Leong's birthday. We decided to buy her a cake on Friday from Secret Recipe. We're sorta hooked on to Chocolate Indulgence after Mr Raj brought it into class. Then, some smart alec
coughvictorcough bought a coffee cake as well from some bakery.
Mrs Leong was notified by Mr Francis earlier and she came during break to cut both cakes. We raided the canteen counter for forks and everyone was
"armored" before the cake was cut. Once Mrs Leong cut the cake, everyone pounced on the cake with their forks like a bunch of country bumpkins that have never seen a cake before in their whole lives.
The Chocolate Indulgence was as awesome as always. The cake was almost instantly devoured by everyone and almost a quarter of the coffee cake was left. The coffee cake was not very nice though. It ended up in the bin when everyone was too full.
